Look at this countdown clock!! I’m looking at it now and there are just under 2 hours left! I know it’s very early but there’s no way I can sleep.
I need to thank Mike Daoust from Sudbury for taking care of social media and running everything technological during this record attempt. If you see any facebook, twitter, or blog updates, it doesn’t mean I stopped playing air hockey!
Breanna and I were able to get a little bit of practice time in the past couple of days. This helped us to know what to expect during the attempt and to plan for what we would need. I found that back pain is going to be a big issue. I’m 6’1″ and that table is quite short. Unfortunately Guinness will not allow us to alter the hight.
I wish we could stream the entire thing but the wifi at BFA is too slow so we’re forced to stream using Mike’s phone. Now this would cost a fortune to stream the whole thing but an hour here and there should be ok.
Anyway, this is probably the last you’re going to hear directly from me for the next 48 ish hours. haha If you’re in the Timmins area I would love to see you come out!
